About Talenti

We're rethinking hiring from the ground up. Talenti is building an AI-powered pre-screen interview tool that takes the grunt work, bias and guessing out of early candidate evaluation. Our SaaS product is the wedge into a much larger play: reshaping how talent is discovered, prepared and matched globally.

We're not looking for another cog in the machine. We're looking for a builder who wants to shape the engine.

The Role

This isn't a 9–5 job. It's a
founding-style build role
.

You'll work closely with the founder to architect and develop the LLM-driven SaaS tool that sits at the core of Talenti.

  • Build the product backbone: video/audio/text interfaces, resume + job description ingestion, low-latency LLM pipelines
  • Develop intelligent summarisation against key hiring criteria
  • Solve for privacy and compliance from day one – PII management, local hosting, secure data flows
  • Shape data collection and analysis frameworks that become the fuel for future ambitions

You might have skills in…

  • Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django)
  • Machine Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
  • LLM frameworks and orchestration (LangChain, OpenAI APIs, RAG pipelines)
  • Data ingestion & processing (resume parsing, JD analysis, embeddings)
  • Video/audio NLP (Whisper, speech-to-text, text-to-speech)
  • Cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) with focus on
    low latency
    pipelines
  • Database design (SQL/NoSQL, vector DBs like Pinecone/Weaviate)
  • Security & compliance (data anonymisation, PII handling, encryption)
  • Front-end integration (React, or equivalent for a clean user interface)
  • DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines)

  • Proven ML engineering xp (especially with LLMs at scale)
  • Hands-on product architecture and development experience (ideally in early-stage/greenfield environments)
  • Pragmatic and 'Start-Up' approach: MVP today, scalable foundation tomorrow
  • A builder's mindset, you're excited by "0-to-1," not scared of it
