We are looking for a Female Disability Support Worker to join our North Brisbane Team. In this unique role you will provide a variety of drop-in support, lifestyle support and community assistance to individuals with physical disabilities in the North Brisbane Community.

The successful applicant must be available to work a variety of evening and live night shifts and be available for call-in shifts at short notice.

This is a causal position with the opportunity of picking up some pernament shifts. Shifts are 4-8 hours long between the hours of 5.00pm – 6.30am.

A typical shift involves: a lot of driving (vehicle provided), assistance with personal care, transferring / hoisting, dressing, medication assistance, re-positioning, meal prep, many other small tasks.

Criteria

  • Current driver's license
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or yellow card)
  • COVID-19 vaccination
