The Role & The Rewards
  • The Vibe: You'll be the ultimate team leader—mentoring staff, managing inventory and driving sales. You will ensure every customer leaves happier than when they arrived. You're the one to dial in our grind and our positive experiences.
  • The Roster: This is a full-time role. As a hospitality business, you'll need flexibility, but we're committed to fair rostering that respects your work-life balance.

  • The Pay: We know your skills are valuable.

  • Base Salary: $70,000+ per year.

  • Profit Share: Opportunity to improve your earnings through profit-share incentives tied directly to the store's sales performance. Your success is our success and we want to reward you.
What We're Looking For (Your Skills & Experience)

We are looking for real people with real experience, we value any skills you can bring from your past jobs, and a great attitude. Coffee experience (or just the love of it) is welcome and one of the best parts is having it right at your fingertips every day.

  • Leadership First: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment. You coach, not just manage.
  • Operations Savvy: Strong understanding of day-to-day coffee bar operations, including inventory, ordering, scheduling, and health & safety.
  • Service Champion: A passion for exceptional customer service and the ability to handle challenges with grace and professionalism.
  • Newy Local: A connection to the area and an understanding of the local community and clientele is a huge bonus.
