Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the architectural design of
    robust and scalable AI systems
    , with a focus on
    Agentic AI
    and emerging approaches.
  • Design and validate
    RAG pipelines, intelligent agents, and modular AI workflows
    .
  • Build
    proof-of-concept prototypes
    to test and refine architectural decisions.
  • Define
    integration patterns
    for AI models, APIs, and data infrastructure across enterprise platforms.
  • Apply
    Responsible AI principles
    , embedding ethical guardrails, observability, and governance frameworks into designs.
  • Collaborate with
    AI Engineers and leadership
    to translate business needs into
    clear technical blueprints
    .
  • Ensure solutions are
    cloud-ready, modular, and optimised for performance and scalability
    .
  • Produce
    comprehensive design documentation and architectural standards
    to guide implementation.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

  • Extensive experience designing and deploying
    AI/ML systems
    in production environments.
  • Proven expertise across multiple AI architectures:
    traditional ML pipelines, deep learning systems, and agentic workflows
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    data management strategies
    , including feature stores, vector databases, and state management.
  • Knowledge of
    model interpretability, explainability, and guardrail design
    .
  • Expertise in
    prompt engineering
    and optimising interactions with LLMs and generative AI.
  • Strong grounding in
    security, privacy, and compliance
    considerations for AI system design.

Technology & Tools:

  • Cloud: AWS, Azure, GCP
  • LLMs: OpenAI, Claude, Cohere, open-source (e.g. Mistral, LLaMA)
  • Frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, FastAPI
  • Data: Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Redis
  • DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Terraform
  • Automation: Zapier, Make, custom scripts (Python)
