About the Role

As a Support Worker with Right at Home, you will provide:

  • In-home aged care support, helping clients maintain independence and comfort in their own homes
  • Community support, assisting clients to remain active, connected, and engaged
  • Personal care, domestic assistance, social support, and transport, depending on client needs

This role is perfect for experienced Support Workers as well as mature, compassionate newcomers who are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

What You Bring

We're looking for warm, reliable, and professional individuals who have:

  • Experience in aged care, disability support, or community care (preferred)
  • A genuine passion for helping others live independently
  • Availability to work across the listed Brisbane regions
  • Required certifications (First Aid, CPR, and relevant checks)
  • Willingness to travel (particularly within South Brisbane)
