Eventide Homes is a 100-bed aged care facility located at Stawell on the edge of the world-famous Grampians (Gariwerd) National Park. Aged care in Australia is in an exciting time of change, and we are shifting to new ways of providing a great living environment that supports health and wellbeing to aged people.
We are seeking aspirational Personal Care Workers (PCW) to join our awesome PCW team in providing high quality care; and exceptional dignity, respect, and quality of life to our wonderful residents.
Full-time and part-time positions are available, day, afternoon and night shifts, weekends; and public holidays.
About you:
- You share our vision that aged care is important, and the elderly deserve the best
- Availability to work AM and PM shifts weekday and weekends.
- Certificate III or Certificate IV in individual support
- Proof of 3 doses of Covid-19 vaccination
- You must have an NDIS Check
- You thrive in a team environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must possess unlimited work rights in Australia.
- Applications will only be accepted if the above-mentioned criteria are met.
