About the role:

We are currently seeking motivated Personal Care Workers to join our team in St Kilda, Bentleigh, Frankston, Cheltenham, Oakleigh, Clayton, Springvale, Dandenong, Narre Warren, Dromana, and Mornington Peninsula on a Casual/Permanent Part-Time basis. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality care to our aged care clients within an in-home care setting. We are looking for dependable candidates who can work flexible hours, preferably on Monday - Friday, 7am - 5pm.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist clients at home with personal care tasks like showering, grooming, toileting, meal preparation, and household chores.
• Support clients to stay independent by helping them go out for shopping, appointments, and community activities.
• Communicate any client concerns or feedback to the care team to ensure quality service.
• Maintain client privacy and dignity, and encourage the same among team members and contractors.
• Report consumer risks to management, including inappropriate behaviours or actions not aligned to our values.
• Attend regular scheduled training to maintain your level of skill.

Essential Qualifications & Requirements:

• Based in St Kilda, Bentleigh, Frankston, Cheltenham, Oakleigh, Clayton, Springvale, Dandenong, Narre Warren, Dromana, and Mornington Peninsula or nearby suburbs.
• Available for a minimum of three weekdays a week.
• Completed Certificate III in aged care or Individual support or above.
• Current valid Level II First Aid Certificate.
• Experience working within the Aged Care Sector or with Elderly people is advantageous.
• Current Full Australian Driver's license and access to a registered and vehicle with insurance.
