Your Role

As a Bar Attendant, you'll be the go-to expert for all things coffee while also creating cocktails, pouring drinks, and assisting with food and beverage service across the restaurant. Your ability to balance speed, precision, and warm hospitality will ensure every guest leaves with a memorable experience.

Where you'll make an impact

• Prepare and serve consistent, high-quality espresso coffee during peak service times
• Mix and serve a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Support food and beverage service across the restaurant floor
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety
• Manage POS transactions accurately and efficiently
• Deliver genuine, friendly service—even during high-volume periods
• Uphold RSA responsibilities and house policies at all times
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused work environment

What we're looking for

We're searching for a hospitality professional with a passion for coffee and bar service, a natural flair for multitasking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

• Minimum 6 months' barista experience, confident in high-volume service
• Previous experience in restaurants, cafés, or food service (essential)
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organisational skills
• Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment
• A positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate (essential)
