Role:

We are seeking a full-time, Revit documenter / Senior Building Designer / Architectural Draftsperson to join our Sylvania office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop concepts & coordinate DA, CC, and CDC submissions, liaising with councils, consultants, and clients  locally and internationally.
  • Produce detailed design drawings, documentation, and 3D models for various types of projects.
  • Have sound understanding of the NCC/BCA, Australian Standards, and local planning requirements.
  • Prepare construction documentation, specifications, and tender packages.
  • Liaising with clients & consultants
  • Well presented with Fluent English & communication skills

Essentials & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Building Design or related field.
  • 4+ years professional design and drafting experience across multiple project types
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit (BIM), 3Ds Max, Twinmotion, Lumion, sketch up and Adobe Suite.
  • Strong technical drafting and detailing knowledge
  • Be able to work in a team environment to meet timelines and manage on multiple projects
  • Have Full time work rights
  • Liaise with consultants, councils and clients
  • be well preseneted ans speak Fluent English

Desirable Skills:

  • Like or experience in Concept design and interior design
  • Familiarity with AI
