  • Establish robust performance monitoring, forecasting, and reporting systems.

Team Leadership & Culture
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales leadership team across geographies.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, learning, and goal-oriented execution.
  • Align sales team objectives with broader company mission and vision.

Customer & Market Insight
  • Stay ahead of consumer behavior trends and adapt strategy accordingly.
  • Deeply understand customer segments, value propositions, and pricing sensitivities.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams for alignment.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Operations to refine offerings and improve conversion.
  • Partner with Finance to ensure sustainable cost of acquisition and profitability.
