Ink & Arch Brow Bar is inviting a Brow Specialist to join our boutique team. This is more than a role — it's a chance to share your artistry in a space where precision and client care come first.

What You'll Do

· Craft beautiful brows (shaping, waxing, tinting/staining, laminations) + lash lifts

· Tailor services to each client's features

· Keep salon standards polished and professional

· Build connections that keep clients coming back

· Share your artistry on social media

· Support smooth daily salon flow

· (Massive bonus if you have a passion for cosmetic tattooing — or even existing experience you'd love to grow further)

Part-time hours with the option to grow into full-time. Saturdays, one-two late nights, and Christmas season availability required.

What We're Looking For

· 1+ year's brow/lash experience

· A keen eye for detail + passion for natural beauty

· Warm, confident communicator

· Professional, reliable, and team-focused

· Comfortable with social media

· Friendly and approachable

· An interest in cosmetic tattooing is a huge plus
