Ink & Arch Brow Bar is inviting a Brow Specialist to join our boutique team. This is more than a role — it’s a chance to share your artistry in a space where precision and client care come first.

**What You’ll Do**
- Craft beautiful brows (shaping, waxing, tinting/staining, laminations) + lash lifts
- Tailor services to each client’s features
- Keep salon standards polished and professional
- Build connections that keep clients coming back
- Share your artistry on social media
- Support smooth daily salon flow
- _(Massive bonus if you have a passion for cosmetic tattooing — or even existing experience you’d love to grow further)_

Part-time hours with the option to grow into full-time. Saturdays, one-two late nights, and Christmas season availability required.

**What We’re Looking For**
- 1+ year’s brow/lash experience
- A keen eye for detail + passion for natural beauty
- Warm, confident communicator
- Professional, reliable, and team-focused
- Comfortable with social media
- Friendly and approachable
- _An interest in cosmetic tattooing is a huge plus_

Pay: $26.55 - $31.00 per hour
