You'll get time to think. More space to step back and assess, rather than being on the hamster wheel.

Working remotely two days a week gives you the flexibility to manage your time how it suits you best. You'll spend less time reacting and more time doing the work that actually matters.

You'll be involved in developing automated underwriting tools, giving you hands-on experience with modern tech that's changing how the industry works. This isn't just routine underwriting; it's a chance to build something that makes long-term impact.

And you won't be working alone. You'll be part of a team that backs each other, with enough autonomy to work your way but support when you need it.

What you'll do

Take ownership of high-level underwriting assessments, where your input will directly shape outcomes. You'll also work closely with the team to improve underwriting processes and develop smarter ways of doing things.

Engage with clients in a way that builds trust and long-term relationships. You'll be the expert they turn to, and you'll have the chance to influence how underwriting is done across different markets.

What you'll need

  • Experience in Retail Life Underwriting, so you know the ins and outs of the field
  • A genuine interest in how the market works and where it's headed
  • The ability to communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders, making complex ideas easy to understand
