The Opportunity

Are you a strategic and passionate DEI professional ready to make a regional impact?

We are seeking a Senior Diversity & Inclusion Manager to lead the design and delivery of diversity and inclusion initiatives across Australia and Asia. Reporting to the Global Head of Inclusion & Wellbeing, this role offers the opportunity to shape inclusive culture, influence leadership, and drive meaningful change across a global platform.

This role is a full-time, 12-month maximum term contract. Hybrid work options available.

What you'll do

  • Lead and implement regional D&I programs aligned with global strategy.

  • Analyse and review effectiveness and progress of initiatives and contribute to the on-going development and execution of the strategy

  • Act as a subject matter expert on diversity and inclusion across the firm.

  • Support and evaluate diversity networks and committees, ensuring best practice and intersectional approaches.

  • Collaborate with HR, Business Development, Communications, and senior leadership to embed DEI into core business processes.

  • Oversee diversity data governance, compliance, and reporting (including gender pay gap analysis).

What you'll bring

  • 8+ years' experience in D&I, ideally within professional services.

  • Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives and manage complex stakeholder relationships.

  • Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills.

  • Commercially aware and passionate about driving inclusive culture.

  • Experience with diversity benchmarking, governance, and reporting.
