XO Sports is a sports tipping startup powered by AI, machine learning, and data simulation. We're building a mobile-first platform that delivers predictive insights and immersive sports experiences to fans and punters. We're lean, fast, and obsessed with building great tech.

What You'll Be Doing

We're looking for a hands-on mobile architect who can design, build, and ship our mobile app from the ground up. You'll be the go-to person for mobile architecture and development, working closely with product, design, and AI/data teams.

You'll:

  • Architect and develop our mobile app (iOS/Android) using native or cross-platform frameworks,

  • Own the entire mobile stack – from UI/UX to backend API integration.

  • Work directly with Azure Machine Learning outputs and data models to deliver predictive features.

  • Build clean, scalable code and set the technical direction for mobile.

  • Collaborate with product and design to create intuitive, high-performance user experiences.

  • Integrate with APIs (Function App running ), authentication systems (Google firebase), and real-time data feeds.

  • Use Jira to manage tasks, sprints, and releases.

  • Help define and evolve our CI/CD pipeline and mobile dev workflows.

What You Bring

You're a developer first, with strong architectural instincts and a passion for building great mobile products. You thrive in fast-paced environments and love solving real-world problems with code.

Must-haves:

  • 5+ years of mobile development experience, including native cross-platform tools (React Native).

  • Experience in mobile authentication platforms, specifically Google firebase and FCM notification services

  • Experience designing and implementing mobile architecture for scalable apps.

  • Strong understanding of  API integration to backend data and authentication services .

  • Solid grasp of Agile development, Github workflows, and Jira.

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical decisions.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience with CI/CD and mobile analytics tools.

  • Background in sports tech, betting platforms, or real-time data apps.

  • Passion for sports and building products that fans love.

  • Technical skills working with Microsoft Azure Data and AI services, especially CosmosDB, Functions Apps and Queues
