As a Customer Experience Consultant, you will report directly to the Customer Experience Manager. The combined Customer Experience and Claims team provide crucial support to our customers, suppliers and other relevant parties at all points before, during and after a customer’s rental and claim process. We aim to be a one stop shop for our customers; from the time a customer calls to enquire about a vehicle, to any follow up questions a customer may have after they return and everything in between. Customer service excellence is the most important part of this role

Your primary responsibilities of the role will include:

- Develop and maintain customer relationships with corporate, leisure & commercial customers
- Manage all aspects of a customer’s Enterprise experience both online and over the phone
- Communicate with our suppliers providing accurate information regarding reservations, availability, and location information
- Process claims for damages to rental car fleet, collate records, claim spreadsheets and data
- Negotiate, make settlement offers and pursue outstanding monies with both third-parties and customers
- Liaise with locations and departments to follow up on both customer feedback and claims to ensure a swift and accurate response
- Meet specified time-frames and quality standards
- Maintain documentation and records to high standards
- General administration duties
