PLANNED PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE PLUMBER REQUIRED (PERTH METRO AREA)

What we offer:

  • $105,000 – $140,000 annual package
  • Company vehicle & fuel card
  • Overtime oportunities
  • Optional regional work for additional $$
  • Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week
  • Full-time permanent role on our long-term contracts

What you'll be doing as our PPM Plumber:

In this role, you will conduct planned preventative maintenance activities on our client's local commercial buildings across the Perth metro area, including:

  • Government infrastructure
  • Commercial properties
  • Hotels
  • Healthcare facilities
  • Aged care buildings
  • Stadiums

What you'll bring to our team:

  • Previous commercial PPM plumbing experience (preferable)
  • Previous experience using IT systems to test and update assets including completing checklists, reports and attaching photos (Simpro advantageous)
  • WA Plumbing Tradesperson Licence
  • WA Gas Permit (advantageous)
  • WA Driver's Licence
  • White Card
