About the Graduate Program

Our 18-month Graduate Program, Foundations, has been uniquely designed to bridge the gap between formal education and the workforce, establishing a clear path for your future and accelerated success. As a BMD team member, you will develop skills in problem solving, critical thinking, innovation and team building.

What to expect:

Your motivation will energise our collaborative team across the delivery of a portfolio of projects in New South Wales.

Our industry leading Graduate Program is designed to set you up for a long and successful career - by building a solid foundation. Here's what to expect:

• engage in structured learning through three tailored modules on topics designed to develop critical thinking, problem-solving and leadership skills
• experience exciting hands-on and in person learning every six months to build relationships and network with your peers from across the country
• receive mentoring from BMD's Board of Directors, executive management team and emerging leaders who genuinely want to build your leadership qualities and help you progress through the ranks
• see inspiring presentations from industry experts to build your skills in problem-solving, critical thinking, and teamwork.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with:

• A Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Accounting
• High level verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attitude towards health, safety, environmental and quality outcomes, embedding this commitment in everything you do
• Motivation to achieve value-for-money results

You may also have the following additional desirable skills:

• Previous experience with major tier one or two contractors undertaking similar work.
