Labour Solutions Group is hiring motivated Pick/Packers to join a buzzing cosmetics warehouse in Tullamarine, VIC.

What's On Offer
  • Morning Shift: $32.31/hr
  • Afternoon Shift: $36.19/hr
  • Night Shift: $40.07/hr
  • Ongoing work with the chance to grow into more
  • Work with a friendly, supportive crew that gets the job done and has fun doing it.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Picking and packing beauty products with care and speed
  • Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and running smoothly
  • Helping get orders out the door on time
  • Assisting with stock control and inventory tasks
  • Working closely with a team that values precision and efficiency

What We're Looking For

  • Previous warehouse or pick/pack experience
  • Comfortable using RF scanners (or quick to learn)
  • Strong attention to detail, especially when working with small, high-demand items
  • A positive, can-do attitude and great communication skills
  • Available Monday to Friday (with weekend shifts during peak periods)
  • Nigh shifts run Sunday to Thursday (you must be able to commit to the full week)
  • Reliable and punctual, you show up ready to work and hit the ground running
