We are currently looking for Pick Packers with order picking experience to join our leading food & beverage manufacturing facility located in Dandenong South. This is an ongoing casual position offering the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking and packing food and beverage stock onto pallets, ensuring all orders are prepared correctly and on time for our customers.

This role involves physical activity including lifting, pushing, pulling and stacking product that weighs up to 10kg. As part of the recruitment process, you will be assessed via a short medical assessment and will also need to provide a Police Check Certificate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick and pack food and beverage stock according to customer orders and delivery schedules.
  • Prepare, label, and stack orders safely and efficiently.
  • Operate warehouse equipment and tools in line with safety procedures.
  • Conduct basic stock checks and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily distribution targets.

  • Maintain cleanliness of warehouse areas and amenities, and ensure equipment is kept in optimal working order.
  • Work effectively in a team environment and/or under routine supervision.
  • Carry out general warehouse tasks, including order picking and inventory processes.
  • Perform manual handling and physical tasks safely in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or pick packing role is desirable; forklift licence preferred but not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and a basic understanding of warehouse operations are highly regarded.
