Apprentice Glazier Wanted – Part-Time/Casual

Potential for Immediate start may be offered (Potential to transition into Full-Time position in Jan 2026 for the right candidate)

Location: Factory located Nerang, Gold Coast | Onsite work and training with a Fully Qualified Glazier

Start: ASAP or End of September at latest

We are a locally owned and operated buisness specialising in custom-made frameless and semi-frameless shower screens, mirrors and Mirror robe doors— manufactured in-house and installed onsite with care and precision.

We're currently looking for a motivated and reliable apprentice glazier to join our growing team on a part-time or casual basis in 2025, with the opportunity for full-time employment and commencement of a 4-year apprenticeship in January 2026 if it's a great fit.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Assisting with the on-site installation of frameless/semi-frameless shower screens and mirrors
  • Learning to measure, handle, and install custom glass products
  • Supporting factory work (e.g., preparation and finishing)
  • Maintaining tools, vehicles, and safety procedures

About You:

  • Genuinely interested in learning the glazing trade
  • Punctual, hands-on, and willing to listen and learn
  • Good with tools and has a strong work ethic
  • A team player with attention to detail and pride in their work
  • A driver's licence is required

You will work closely with our lead qualified glaziers and engage in a team meeting regularly at the start of your shift.

Our team consists of friendly and knowledgeable staff members who will ensure you feel welcome transitioning into your role and into our workplace.

We are seeking someone who is willing to learn, considers the safety of themselves and others and is able to take initiative. This person will start a trial period of part time/casual work for the remainder of 2025 and will be considered for a full-time apprenticeship starting in January 2026.
