Job Title: Client Service Associate

About the Role:

The Client Service team is a cornerstone of our organization's success. We deliver exceptional service to clients globally by understanding their unique business needs and providing critical insights.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Utilize phone calls, LinkedIn, and other outreach platforms to source new Advisors for the Guidepoint network.
  • Screen experts for suitability on client projects and create professional profiles for client consideration.
  • Work collaboratively with a teamwork mentality to build and maintain strong relationships with employees, offices, and Advisors.
  • Perform industry research to identify topical trends across different sectors and deliver best-in-class client service.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree with a strong academic record.
  • Outgoing personality with the ability to speak with people at all professional levels.
  • Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn and be up to date on current affairs and trends.
  • Mature, proactive self-starter.
  • Proficient in internet research and alternative sourcing methods.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
