Purser/ Cruise Attendant wanted for Floating Boutique Hotel.

Cairns premier live-aboard vessel is searching for a cruise attendant/housekeeper to join their team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a mature, vibrant, professional cruise attendant to join our team. The position will include working on our day vessel as well but mostly on our liveaboard vessel.

To be successful in this position you must have a genuine passion for providing exceptional service for our guests.

The ideal applicant will have worked on boats previously, be able to work under pressure, take initiative, be able to work at sea for up to 7 days at a time, have leadership skills, be able to manage a team, be reliable, eager to learn, be able to work well within an already established fun team, be extremely organised and must be adaptable.

Duties will include but are not limited to: delivering outstanding customer service, housekeeping of cabins, managing a small team, general upkeep of vessels, assisting in the galley, helping guests snorkel, keeping ship's paperwork accurate and organised and keeping the overall interior of the vessel running smoothly.

Successful applicants will need to have the following to be considered:

Current QLD RSA

Food handling certificate

Open water dive certificate (minimum)

Current First Aid certificate
