What you'll be doing

  • Providing hands-on, personalized support to people with disabilities in their homes and local communities.
  • Supporting clients with daily living tasks, social activities, and personal goals.
  • Helping clients maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life.
  • Building strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families.

What we're looking for

  • Male or Female Support Workers with experience in disability, aged care, or a related field, and a variety of skill sets including manual handling, personal care, community access, and more.
  • A genuine passion for helping others and making a positive impact.
  • Empathetic, patient, and reliable, with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

Current or willing to obtain:

  • Any relevant experience in disability, aged care or support work.
  • First Aid & CPR certification.
  • Working with Children Check
  • Relevant checks (NDIS Worker Screening, Blue Card) — we can help you apply if needed.
