**The Role**

As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting NDIS participants to build independence, develop life skills, and engage in their community. You will provide personal care, capacity-building, and social support tailored to participant needs and preferences, while upholding the NDIS Code of Conduct and Outlook Care values.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver respectful, inclusive, and person-centred support in line with the NDIS Code of Conduct.
- Assist with personal care (showering, dressing, mobility) and daily living tasks.
- Support participants to build confidence and skills such as cooking, shopping, and budgeting.
- Implement Positive Behaviour Support and assist participants with behaviour support plans.
- Encourage and facilitate social connections and community participation.
- Support participants with medication and mealtime plans as required.
- Provide feedback, debriefing, and practice leadership to peers when needed.
- Maintain health, safety, and wellbeing standards for participants and yourself.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 9 per week
