We are seeking a
Coordinator Honours & Awards
to coordinate the end-to-end administration of AV's Honours and Awards program within our People & Culture Department.

This is a part-time (0.5FTE), ongoing position based at Doncaster. While WFH/Hybrid options are available, it is essential that the successful applicant maintains a presence at Doncaster in line with our hybrid working model.

About The Role
Reporting to the Executive Advisor People & Culture, this role supports AV in fostering a culture of recognition and excellence across the organisation. Responsibilities include but not limited to;

  • Administer the AV Honours and Awards program
  • Maintain and update the Honours and Awards data, ensuring accurate records of service milestones and award eligibility
  • Coordinate annual and ad hoc award nomination processes, including communication, documentation collation, and submission to relevant authorities
  • Assist the P&C Executive Office and team, with general administrative support, including meeting support, records management, expense administration, maintenance of databases, and compilation of reports

About You
Although desirable, a diploma, degree or industry certification is not essential. Our ideal candidate will however have relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of training and relevant experience. Other requirements include but not limited to;

  • Demonstrated previous experience in providing coordination and administrative support ideally in a large complex organisation
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data management
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS or awards management systems
