**Your Organisation**
As a leading Not-For-Profit based in the CBD in Brisbane, this organisation works with low to moderate income households to assist them to find affordable housing solutions.
With the current climate and housing crisis, the work this organisation does is truly having an impact to assist residents to reach their potential.
Other impact areas include supporting residents with mental health concerns, domestic violence, employment and skills participation, wellbeing and inclusion and developing cohesive communities.
They are seeking a professional and articulate Executive Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis to support their CEO. Initially to cover extended leave, there may be a long term opportunity for the right person.
**Your Role**
Supporting the CEO, your role will involve:
- Complex diary management
- Draft correspondence on behalf of the CEO
- Reconcile credit card statements
- Key stakeholder relationships bot internally and externally
- Maintain confidentiality
- Support the Board with reporting and records management
- Board reporting and minutes
- Arrange meetings and events (catering, booking venues etc)
- Project research
- Administration support for wider leadership team as required
**Your Profile**
You will have advanced technical skills across the MS Suite. You will be a team player and have a natural sense of warmth and engagement when working with key stakeholders. You will be highly organised and be able to work with complex diary management. You will be well presented and articulated and pride yourself on your communication skills both written and verbal. You will enjoy working autonomously and definitely have a solution orientated and self starter attitude
You will have a passion to give back As a leading NFP working in a space that is highly critical within communities in SE Queensland currently, this is a role that is busy, all hands on deck as they continue their mission to make a difference to peoples lives.
It is a requirement for this organisation to provide proof of vaccination.

Based in the heart of the CBD, a short stroll from Central Station, you will have flexible start and finish times. As this is a 4 week temporary position - the temporary role will require you to be on site at HQ.
HOWEVER Due to internal movements (all positive ones) - there is a potential opportunity to be considered for a permanent opportunity. On the permanent side of things, flexible working arrangements are available as well as additional salary packaging benefits.
