All-Rounder General Labourer

Wolfcon is a trusted leader in roadside maintenance and vegetation control, right across NSW. Based in Goulburn, Wolfcon employs over 40 staff, managing major contracts for TfNSW, regional councils, private companies, and the general public.

We're after a reliable, hands-on All-Rounder to join our crew in Port Macquarie. The work is varied — mowing, spraying, repairs, and rest area cleaning and maintenance along the Pacific and Oxley Highways. Around 40+ hours a week, this role suits someone physically fit, practical, and ready to roll up their sleeves.

As an All-Rounder, you'll engage in:

  • Working within a small crew to complete roadside maintenance tasks.
  • Operating equipment, including zero-turn mowers, with training provided where necessary.
  • Cleaning, vegetation control, and rest area maintenance.
  • Minor repairs and small-scale construction on roadside facilities.
  • Completing digital work records and inspections to ensure quality.

Key Requirements:

  • Possession of a White Card and a valid driver's license (Class P2 or above).
  • Flexibility to travel and work away when required for short periods (typically between 1-5 days).
  • A strong work ethic, reliability, and a can-do attitude.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Essential):

  • ChemCert certification.
  • First Aid training.
