  • Oversee the identification, validation, and articulation of business requirements, converting them into practical, scalable technical solutions.
  • Develop robust business cases for transformation initiatives, demonstrating strong commercial acumen and alignment with client drivers.
  • Mentor and coach delivery teams, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ensure all solutions are validated against client and business requirements via structured testing and stakeholder reviews.
  • Provide high-level technical leadership on architecture, change management, and solution optimisation in complex, multidisciplinary environments.
  • Act as a thought leader on digital transformation best practices—internally, within client organisations, and in the broader professional community.

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 8+ years' experience in consulting, business analysis, or project management roles in digital transformation or automation projects.
  • Proven leadership of remote, multidisciplinary teams, with a track record of successful delivery across multiple sectors.
  • Advanced expertise in business improvement methodology, including process mapping, process re-engineering, optimisation, and automation technologies including RPA, IDP / OCR, BPM and AI
  • Strong business case and commercial analysis skills, able to develop, present, and defend value-driven recommendations to executives.
  • Demonstrated experience managing key client relationships, including C-suite engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills—able to explain technical concepts clearly to all audiences and secure buy-in from diverse stakeholders.
  • Deep familiarity with transactional finance operations and supply chain processes.

Desirable

  • Change management certification or hands-on experience leading transformation initiatives.
  • Sector knowledge and successful project delivery in healthcare, aged care, distribution, or construction industries.
  • Understanding of both agile and waterfall project methodologies.
  • Thought leadership (presenting at events, publishing, mentoring) in digital transformation or automation.

Key Attributes:

  • Leadership & Accountability
: Sets high standards, holds self and team accountable for results, and acts as a role model in everything they do.
  • Flexible & Pragmatic
: Adapts quickly, responds effectively to changing priorities, and tailors solutions to client realities.
  • Curious & Growth-Oriented
: Actively seeks learning opportunities; champions innovation and process improvement.
  • Commercially Focused
: Demonstrates the ability to build and articulate robust business cases, and maintains a strong focus on value delivery.
  • Outstanding Communication
: Translates complex, technical solutions into simple, actionable advice for diverse users.
  • Collaborative
: Brings teams together, gains buy-in, and fosters an open, positive culture—especially in a remote, distributed context.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Post Graduate degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field (mandatory).
  • Further qualifications in Project and or Change Management (Agile, PMBOK, BABOK, Prosci) highly regarded.
  • Professional certification in relevant RPA or IDP technologies (e.g., UiPath, ABBYY).
