Customer Service – Sales Support

Location: Leppington Sydney, NSW

Full-Time | On-Site |Health & Beauty Industry

We're looking for an organised, energetic, and detail-driven Customer Service – Sales Support professional to be the key link between our customers, field sales team, and internal departments.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Sales, this is a fast-paced, hands-on support role where no two days are the same. You'll be the first point of contact for customer inquiries and the go-to person for our 11 Field Territory Managers, ensuring that account orders, promotional activity, and communication flow seamlessly across the business.

This position plays a critical role in maintaining operational excellence and delivering exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Order Management


• Act as the main contact for all customer service inquiries.


• Open and maintain new customer accounts ensuring details are

accurate and current.


• Process, track, and manage account orders with accuracy.


• Manage credits and liaise with finance & logistics for prompt resolution.


• Maintain the SKU library to ensure product data is current.

Field Team & Sales Support


• Provide a direct line of support to 11 Field Territory Managers.


• Upload daily account orders and process specific rep requests.


• Maintain and update the field team's Bright Tablets with product

and promotional details, working closely with brand managers.


• Manage field team expense claims and submissions to finance.


• Ensure all cycle deals are active and correctly applied.

Brand & Marketing Support


• Manage three brand inboxes, processing orders and inquiries efficiently.


• Upload brand and online platform orders for fulfilment.


• Assist with pharmacy banner group advertising submissions and

New Line Forms (NLF).


• Support promotional tracking and accuracy across key retail partners.

Office & Administrative Support


• Manage monthly stationery and office consumables (milk, kitchen, and sundries).


• Coordinate quarterly QPA (Quarterly Product Allowance) orders for staff.


• Provide general administrative support to the sales and leadership teams.

• Desirable: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Pronto order systems.


• The ability to prioritise and work under pressure.


• Experience in customer service, administration, or sales support.
