Based in the Port Hacking, we're on the lookout for a motivated Boat Detailer who shares our love of the water — someone keen to learn, work hard, and build a career in the marine industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Wash, buff, hand wax, and polish boat exteriors to maintain a glossy finish
  • Regular wash down and dry of vessels.
  • Applying teak treatments.
  • Stainless steel polishing.
  • Skipper and deck hand duties, where required
  • Overall boat maintenance duties.

About you:

  • Experience in detailing or boating (bonus, but not essential)
  • Detail focused, proud of quality results
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team
  • Comfortable with power tools and outdoor marine work
  • Valid drivers licence
  • Hands-on, fit and motivated
  • Capable of performing efficiently within tight deadlines
  • Reliable and a team player
  • Marine knowledge and good communication skills.
