This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in strata management. You will receive structured, hands-on training and mentoring while supporting senior team members with the day-to-day operations of managing residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the coordination and preparation of Annual General Meetings and General Meetings

  • Learn to draft and issue meeting notices, minutes, and formal communications

  • Support in managing maintenance requests, contractor follow-up, and compliance tasks

  • Develop knowledge in interpreting strata legislation, by-laws, and building compliance

  • Provide professional and timely customer service to lot owners, committee members, and contractors

  • Collaborate with administration and accounts teams to ensure smooth property operations

What We're Looking For:

  • A genuine interest in strata management and a desire to grow into a leadership role

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • High level of attention to detail and organization

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

  • Previous admin, real estate, property, or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
