In this important operational leadership role, you'll lead and support a cleaning team to deliver high-quality services across the Shire's facilities, housing, and public amenities, ensuring spaces are clean, safe, and welcoming to meet community expectations and service delivery standards. This role is as much about people as it is about cleanliness, you'll provide training, performance feedback, and ongoing support to your team, fostering a positive and respectful work environment that reflects the Shire's values. You will also work closely with the Facilities Officer, assisting with administrative tasks such as record-keeping, procurement, and reporting to keep operations running smoothly.
