Lead Summit is on the hunt for a driven, organised, and client-focused Account Manager to join our team as a contractor.

We're a fast-growing Australian marketing agency helping HVAC, finance, and service businesses grow with serious, measurable results. This role is ideal for someone proactive, and ready to own the client relationship — without needing to be micromanaged.

You'll operate as a contractor with full-time hours and consistent monthly income while working closely with our internal team and clients to make sure campaigns run smoothly and expectations are exceeded.

What You'll Do

  • Be the main point of contact for clients (calls, email & internal CRM)
  • Conduct check in calls with clients
  • Coordinate internal briefs between creatives, and ops
  • Track tasks and deliverables to make sure we're always ahead
  • Relay performance insights and results in a way clients understand
  • Flag issues early and keep comms clean, calm, and clear

What We're Looking For:

  • 1+ year in a similar account management or client service role (agency or Ecom experience preferred)
  • Excellent communication (you write and speak like a pro)
  • Super organised and self-managed — you don't wait to be told
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects and relationships
  • Genuinely cares about client outcomes, not just hitting deadlines
  • Ambitious and looking for long-term opportunity to grow
