What we are looking for
Are you a recent graduate ready to make your mark in marketing? Are you passionate about creativity, communication, data analytics and strategy—and maybe even wine? This is an excellent opportunity to participate in our comprehensive Graduate Program as a Marketing Management Trainee. You will gain extensive exposure to various specialisations within the Marketing profession and coached by De Bortoli's global marketing team.
You're motivated, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects with strong communication skills. You take ownership, think creatively, and are eager to learn and grow.
- Learn how to craft compelling and concise agency briefs
- Execute marketing campaigns effectively and efficiently
- Develop visual and written communication materials
- Handle consumer feedback and inquiries professionally
- Analyse marketing performance and translate insights into action
- Apply marketing theories to real-world consumer behaviors and business decisions
