About the business division

:We are seeking motivated and intellectually curious graduates to join our Institutional Client Group (ICG) Credit Solutions team. You must have a genuine interest in global financial markets, and you are expected to work on the Private side aligned closely to the Financing team within the Global Financing and Credit Trading (GFCT) Business where you will gain experience in the following sub asset classes

To be eligible for the 2026 Graduate Programme you

must:Complete your studies (all final exams, coursework and have no outstanding requirements for graduation) between 1st January 2025 and 31st January 2026, prefer with a degree in Business / Finance / Economics
