Are you ready to build a trade with real career potential? The Superseal Group is offering exciting opportunities for apprentices and trainees to join our fast-growing team. We specialise in waterproofing, protective coatings, polyurea spray applications, and sheet membrane systems – key skills in the construction industry.

As a trainee or apprentice, you'll be working hands-on alongside industry leaders, gaining practical experience in Waterproofing basements, rooftops, wet areas, water tanks, and planter boxes, Polyurea spraying, PVC sheet welding, torch-on membrane, and more. Concrete repair, epoxy flooring, and protective coatings

We'll train you in all areas, with strong pathways for growth into leadership roles.

What We're Looking For:

  • No experience required – just a willingness to learn, a great attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
  • Interest in construction or trade-based work

Requirements:

  • Current Driver's Licence & reliable transport
  • Construction White Card (or willingness to obtain)
  • Working at Heights & Confined Space tickets a bonus, but not essential
