GetCareers is currently recruiting for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to undertake a Roof Plumbing Apprenticeship with an established and reputable local business in Booragoon.

This is a full-time opportunity to earn while you learn and gain a nationally recognised qualification – Certificate III in Roof Plumbing.

Location: Booragoon

Employment Type: Full-time (5 days per week, 38 hours standard)

Term of Apprenticeship: 4 years

About the Role

As a Roof Plumbing Apprentice, duties may include:

  • Install, maintain, and repair roofing drainage systems
  • Assist in the installation of metal roofing, gutters, downpipes, and flashings
  • Assist in the installation of rainwater tanks and stormwater systems
  • Help prepare and cut roofing materials to size
  • Learn how to read building plans and measure materials accurately
  • Develop skills in using industry tools and equipment
  • Gain practical, on-site experience alongside experienced tradesmen
  • Work on both residential and commercial construction projects

  • Physically capable of performing hands-on work
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic
  • Reliable, punctual, and motivated to develop new skills through an apprenticeship
  • Able to work effectively in a team and follow instructions
  • Committed to completing the full term of the apprenticeship while working full-time

Eligibility Criteria

  • Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Must reside South of the riverdue to job location
  • Must have a Valid Driver's Licence
  • Must have a Valid Working at Heights Card
  • Must have a Valid Construction White Card
