Location:
FIFO - Various locations across Western Australia

Roster:
Various rosters including but not limited to 8/6 and 2/1

Industries:
Resources | Construction | Mining | Civil

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site HSE support and guidance

  • Conduct risk assessments, audits, and safety observations

  • Prepare and deliver inductions, toolbox talks

  • Facilitate incident investigations

  • Monitor Compliance with WHS legislation and company procedures

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Minimum Cert IV or Diploma in Work Health and Safety (WHS)

  • Previous industry related FIFO or remote site HSE experience

  • Sound knowledge of WHS legislation and practices

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Valid driver's licence and white card

  • ICAM or similar investigation training (desirable)

  • Occupational hygiene experience (desirable)

  • Lead auditor (desirable)

  • Working at heights and confined space experience (desirable)

  • Current First Aid & CPR (highly regarded)
