Truck Driver/Labourer

Job Description

We are a civil construction company working across Sydney, delivering quality projects for both government and private clients. We are seeking Truck Drivers and Laborers to join our team.

This role involves a mix of driving and hands-on site work, so candidates must be flexible and willing to assist with general laboring tasks in addition to driving duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet at our yard in Kirrawee by 6:00 AM daily
• Transport and unload materials safely and efficiently
• Support civil works including road construction, footpaths, driveways, kerb & gutter, and drainage projects
• Assist with site setup, general laboring, and clean-up
• Follow directions from the Construction Manager
• Maintain a safe and productive work environment by complying with SWMS and safety standards

Skills and Experience Required:

• Truck Drivers: MR/HR Licence + White Card
• Laborers: White Card
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
• Strong work ethic with a flexible, team-focused attitude
• Safety-conscious and able to work efficiently in a civil construction environment
• Legal right to work in Australia

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
