Garden Labourer

We're a small commercial landscape maintenance company based in the Sutherland Shire. Initially established in 2015, we downsized and rebranded in January 2022; resetting our focus to provide high level horticultural services to a selected commercial and strata client base.

Now we're ready for a garden labourer to join our team

**About the role**
- Immediate start.
- This is a full-time permanent position. Working holiday VISA's will be considered for a short term contract role.
- Days start and finish in Kirrawee most days. Rarely our team meets on site.
- You'll carry out all aspects of landscape maintenance to a high standard, including but not limited to lawn mowing (self propelled and zero turn), whipper snipping, hedging, pruning, spraying, weed eradication, mulching, planting and turfing.
- Drivers licence preferred.
- We pay weekly on Tuesdays.
- Any overtime is paid.
- Company shirt(s) and jumper are provided.

**Skills and experience**
- Experience in a labouring role within a landscape maintenance highly regarded.
- Ability to take direction.
- High attention to detail.
- Motivation to work both autonomously and in a team environment.
- Proficient with the correct use and care of all horticultural machines and equipment.
- Pay dependent on skill level and experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
