Georgiana Molloy Anglican School is seeking a dynamic and experienced Junior School Coordinator (Year 3 to Year 6) to provide leadership, inspiration, and guidance within our Primary School. This permanent, full-time role (0.60 FTE teaching load) is a unique opportunity to shape learning and wellbeing outcomes for students while mentoring and supporting staff in delivering engaging, high-quality programs.

About the Role

The Junior School Coordinator works collaboratively with the Head of Primary School and leadership team to:

  • Lead curriculum development, pedagogy, assessment, and student wellbeing.
  • Foster a culture of care, inclusion, and wellbeing across Years 3–6.
  • Guide staff in program delivery, differentiation, and literacy/numeracy initiatives.
  • Oversee organisational responsibilities including team coordination, rosters, transitions, and compliance.
  • Build strong connections with students, families, and the wider school community.
  • Model excellence in classroom practice through an ongoing teaching role.
About You

We are seeking an educator who:

  • Holds appropriate teaching qualifications and current TRBWA registration.
  • Has proven knowledge of the WA Curriculum and AITSL Standards.
  • Demonstrates experience in leading high-quality teaching and learning programs.
  • Possesses strong interpersonal and leadership skills to motivate and support colleagues.
  • Brings creativity, resilience, and a collaborative approach to school leadership.
  • Supports and upholds the Christian ethos and values of our School.
