About the role:

Melequip is a Melbourne-based company specialising in the design, fabrication, and installation of commercial kitchen equipment made from stainless steel. We are currently seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented Stainless Steel Fabricator / Installer to join our team.

Key responsibilities:

• Fabricate, weld, and polish stainless steel benches, canopies, sinks, and kitchen fittings

• Assist with on-site installations across Melbourne

• Read and work from technical drawings and measurements

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines

Requirements:

• Previous experience in stainless steel fabrication or similar trade preferred

• Ability to use tools such as grinders, polishers, welders, and cutters

• Reliable, punctual, and motivated to work independently or as part of a team

• Valid driver's licence preferred
