The role:

The primary responsibilities of this role include removing timber dunnage from import containers, strapping timber packs, strapping timber bearings and general housekeeping.

This opportunity is ideal for a team-player with a positive attitude looking to upskill. Forklift training provided by the company after 3 months of service

The Current pay rate for this role is:  $32.30 per hour - increasing to $33.27 from
October 1st.

About you:

  • You're reliable, responsible and will approach to your working day with a positive attitude

  • You can follow instructions, and communicate effectively

  • You are willing to be cross trained in different areas of the operation including warehousing and stock take.

  • A strong commitment to safety regulations, ensuring the yard and warehouse safety standards are adhered to 

  • You're open to undertaking other ad hoc duties or tasks as they arise.
