We are seeking a
reliable

individual to join our team. The successful candidate must be
results-driven,
with a

. You will have
excellent customer service

interpersonal skills
, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

·      Successful achievement of sales targets and KPIs outlined

·      Provision of exceptional customer service by providing in-depth product knowledge and advice about products

·      Processing all transactions and operating retail technology such as EFTPOS, MYOB Retail Manager and Solemate

·      Prompt and accurate handling of customer enquiries, feedback and complaints

·      Prompt and accurate handling of stock deliveries

·      Maintaining a clean and welcoming shopping environment with attractive, eye-catching visual merchandising

·      Maintain adequate stock levels

·      Reasonable prevention of theft

·      Undertaking stock-take as required

·      Other duties as directed by Manager

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES

·      Sound experience in Fashion Retail is highly desirable, though not essential.

·      Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

·      Ability to actively-listen and understand consumer needs to provide appropriate solutions

·      Excellent verbal and written communication

·      Strong work ethic, reliable and dependable

·      
Friendly and approachable attitude with eagerness to learn

·      Resilient and able to adapt

·      Proficient negotiation skills

·      Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

·      Organised and able to meet deadlines

Must be available for Thursday night trading and weekends, as required.

Flexibility to travel between stores is highly desirable
