Are you a motivated Client Services professional with 2+ years experience looking to take the next step in your career?

This role offers the opportunity to build on your client service skills, gain more direct client interaction, and progress towards becoming a Financial Adviser with full Professional Year (PY) development.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Be the first point of contact for clients – answering queries, scheduling meetings, and managing communications
• Prepare and follow up on client review packs, Statements of Advice (SOAs) and Records of Advice (ROAs)
• Assist with strategy development and attend client meetings alongside advisers
• Coordinate implementation of advice, liaising with paraplanners, product providers, and clients
• Maintain accurate client files and compliance records in Xplan
• Gain exposure across wealth creation, superannuation, insurance, and retirement planning

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years' experience in financial services, ideally in a CSO/CSM role
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent client-facing communication and interpersonal ability
• Completed or near-completed degree in Financial Planning (RG146 highly regarded)
• A genuine interest in long-term development towards becoming a Financial Adviser
