About the Opportunity

We're looking for a SUPERMARKET MANAGER WHO is responsible for driving profitable sales growth by managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exception service across the Food Service and Convenience sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing POLICIES AND setting prices. responsible for meticulously planning, scheduling, and executing various projects within the supermarket, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective implementation, stock levels, financial transactions and service standards
  • promoting and advertising the establishment's goods and services
  • selling goods and services to customers and advising them on product use
  • addressing operational challenges, resolving customer issues, and making strategic decisions to enhance the overall shopping experience undertaking budgeting for the establishment
  • Leading a team of diverse individuals, you will foster a positive work environment, provide guidance, training and mentor staff to reach their full potential.
  • Engaging with customers, managing inventory systems, and overseeing technological implementations to enhance the overall shopping experience.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations regarding safety, security, and customer service

Skills/Experience Required:

· At least one year of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications

· Preferred AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2)
