Tell me more... The Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) positions offers the unique opportunity to work at Primary Health Care Centres (PHCC) within the Torres Strait. The CNC will assist in the development and provision of Acute and Primary Health Care Services, mentoring and supporting the primary health care clinicians throughout Northern Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service (TCHHS).
