About the Role

As a Manager, Senior Manager in Assurance, you'll work with high-profile clients across industries including 
banking and capital markets, Investment Management, private equity, insurance/reinsurance, and consumer products
. Many of these organisations are global brands, giving you exposure to complex, cross-border assignments.

Your focus will be on providing independent and objective assessments of financial statements, internal controls, governance, and risk management processes — enhancing trust and transparency with a wide range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client engagements from planning through to completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Analyse and evaluate governance, risk management, and internal control frameworks.
  • Coach, mentor, and inspire team members to deliver excellence.
  • Drive efficiency and innovation in assurance processes, leveraging technology.
  • Address and resolve complex issues while maintaining professionalism and independence.
  • Uphold global technical standards, codes of conduct, and regulatory requirements.

About You

Manager – Key Requirements

  • Lead assurance engagements across global clients.
  • Analyse governance, risk management, and control frameworks.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Drive innovation and efficiency using the latest digital tools.
  • Qualifications
    : CPA / CA / ACA / ACCA (or equivalent).
  • Experience
    : Minimum 5 years recent Big Four or top-tier firm experience.

Senior Manager – Key Requirements

  • Provide leadership in managing complex assurance engagements.
  • Communicate with impact, delivering clear insights to clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities, validate outcomes, and incorporate client feedback.
  • Direct and inspire teams through ambiguity and complexity.
  • Uphold international accounting and auditing standards (US GAAP, IFRS, UK/Canadian GAAP; PCAOB knowledge a plus).
  • Initiate open coaching conversations and mentor at all levels.
  • Make tough decisions to overcome issues and maintain delivery standards.
  • Qualifications
    : CPA / CA / ACA / ACCA (or equivalent).
  • Experience
    : Minimum 8 years recent Big Four or similar firm experience, with proven managerial and operational leadership.
  • Strong digital and technical acumen.
