Jayden Ong Winery & Cellar Bar is a restaurant and winery, focused on quality, and we are currently seeking an experienced waiter/sommelier to join our award winning team on weekends.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Section waiter, wine sales & recommendations
  • Delivering a quality experience for our guests, consistently

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a waiter in a professional restaurant for at least 1 year
  • Have relevant trade qualifications and skills
  • Strong knowledge of wine and beverage sales
  • Strong knowledge and competence in FOH service and guest experience
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Availability to work weekends

It is a casual role and there may be two or three shifts a week (approximately hours a week) Friday, Saturday & Sunday. At least four days off (Monday-Thursday).
